By-law 2003/1
Voting age
Any member below the age of 18 as of January 01 of the year of membership
will not be eligible to cast a vote in any election or stand for any elected
post during that year. This member will also have his annual registration
fee and the sports subscription waived and will only having playing privileges to the sport he/she subscribes to, as and when selected by that sport's subcommittee.Members above 18 years, but below the age of 21 as of January 01 of the year of membership will be eligible to one vote at any general meeting and can stand for any elected post. Such members will only be charged the annual registration fee and the sports subscription will be waived.

Consumption of alcohol
During any game, all the members of the selected team without any exception are barred from consuming alcohol in any form. This applies to any form of the game (friendly or league) and will be in effect for the entire duration of the game including intervals (water, lunch, etc.).Any person/group who is not part of the team but a member or guest are encouraged to abide by this rule but it is upto their discretion and NOT MANDATORY. However any club member and/or their guests will still abide by the Constitutional Code of Conduct and not bring the club or game into disrepute.

Voted in favour of by the entire membership with 1 member voting against.
